Description:	The IIE Research & New Venture Showcase Series IIE's Research and New Venture Showcase series highlights the cutting edge science and advanced technologies developed in UT Dallas' engineering and science laboratories. Each showcase is organized around a particular technology theme, including presentations by faculty researchers, guest speakers, panel discussions and presentations by companies involved in the commercialization of related technologies in the marketplace. Lunch and a closing reception provide ample opportunities for networking among the participants and attendees. The forum is open to the public, faculty and researchers at UT Dallas, UT Arlington and UT Southwestern, angel and early stage investors, venture capital firms, and service providers and businesses who may be helpful in networking and mentoring.
