EmTech Summit

 

The 2nd Annual Emerging Technologies Summit, hosted by the Institute for Innovation and Entrepreneurship at UT Dallas, was held on Tuesday, April 2, 2019. The theme of this year’s conference was “Esports and the New Gaming Economy” and featured a distinguished lineup of speakers and panelists.

“The New Gaming Economy” brought together pioneers in new ventures with innovators from the startup ecosystem and early adopters in mid-size and large enterprises. The goal was to elevate the next generation of products and services in a critically important industry, reveal impacts for the economy, and enable students & professionals to participate through new and entrepreneurial career paths.

There are two ways to attend EmTech 2019.

1. Reserve your place on the chartered bus leaving campus on April 2 and returning that same evening.

NOTE: For UTD students, staff, faculty, and alumni only

Shuttle Options: If you can’t stay with us for the entire duration of the summit, buses will be
available to shuttle you back and forth between downtown locations and campus (PS3).

Pick-up location: Blackstone LaunchPad, 2830 Rutford Ave, Richardson, TX 75080

Campus Pick-up: 12 p.m
Campus Pick-up: 4 p.m & 7 p.m
