Help our young, aspiring student entrepreneurs by contributing to the Innovation and Entrepreneurship Scholarship Fund. Contributions support scholarships for students in innovation and entrepreneurship degree programs at UT Dallas.

Make A Gift

The highly ranked Innovation and Entrepreneurship (I&E) programs at UT Dallas include:

  • Graduate I&E Programs
    • MS in Innovation and Entrepreneurship (MSIE) – Recognized as the National Model Master’s Program by the U.S. Association for Small Business and Entrepreneurship (2014)
    • MBA – Concentration in Innovation and Entrepreneurship – UTD’s MBA programs are typically ranked in the top 20 for public universities and top 40 overall.

  • Undergraduate I&E Program
    • BSBA- Concentration in Innovation and Entrepreneurship – Ranked #11 by Bloomberg BusinessWeek (2013)

Graduate scholarships based on grants from individual donors:

  • The Claire and Terry Rock Scholarship – A $1500 merit-based scholarship for students with an engineering degree that are pursuing an MSIE or MBA with an I&E concentration.
  • Innovation and Entrepreneurship Fellowship – This award supports graduate students enrolled in Innovation and Entrepreneurship programs at UTD.
  • Lars Magnus Ericsson Fellowship in Management – Established by Ericsson, in honor of its founder Lars Magnus Ericsson, this award is designated for full-time graduate students at JSOM.
  • Saadia Sheikh Scholarship/Fellowship for Entrepreneurship –  Saadia Sheikh, BS’09 Vice President E. Smith Realty Saadia Sheikh is passionate about many things and one of them is entrepreneurship. Just a few years after graduating from JSOM, her passion has translated into a thriving career in commercial real estate. In 2016, Saadia decided to give back to JSOM students pursuing degrees in entrepreneurship to encourage and support the next generation of entrepreneurs.

Undergraduate scholarships based on grants from individual donors:

  • freshbenies Scholarship for Entrepreneurship –  This support is provided by freshbenies, a company founded by Jindal School alumnus Heidi Rasmussen (BA ’91) and her husband Reid to support undergraduate students studying entrepreneurship at JSOM.
  • Lars Magnus Ericsson Scholarship in Management –  Established by Ericsson, Inc. in honor of its founder Lars Magnus Ericsson, this award is designated for full-time undergraduate students pursuing an undergraduate degree in Information Technology and Systems.
